Founded in 1986, Merit Properties is a privately owned property management company that develops, acquires, invests in, and manages a wide range of multifamily housing. We manage three Tax Credit Properties and own two of our own. As well as Condominiums and Elderly, Family, Disabled Housing. We take on challenging developments and make them succeed. Our driving passion is to create well-designed, healthy homes that improve the quality of life of our residents and enhance the neighborhoods in which they are located.

At Merit, we strive to make a difference in our tenants’ lives as we try to build a community to make a more accommodating living environment. Everyone of our buildings’ communities are healthy and vibrant, because they are treated with care, consideration, and compassion.
